Pelvic venous disease (also known as pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS)) is caused by varicose veins (dilated veins) in the pelvic region which may be the cause of chronic pelvic pain or discomfort.
How does it work?
Pelvic congestion syndrome is treated at our clinic with a minimally invasive approach that involves embolizing the varicose veins in the pelvis to reduce overall pain.
