Dr. Aaron Losey is current President of X-ray Associates of New Mexico, as of July 2026. Dr. Losey earned his medical degree from University of California, San Francisco, where he also completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in interventional radiology. He is board-certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology. Prior to joining our team, he served as an Assistant Professor of Vascular & Interventional Radiology at Temple University and Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Losey specializes in interventional oncology which is a minimally invasive treatment approach for liver cancer, metastatic cancer to the liver, and renal cancer.
He has performed thousands of embolization procedures treating a wide range of conditions including benign prostatic hyperplasia, uterine fibroids and knee pain.
He is also committed to improving the quality of published research as a Top Reviewer for the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
