This exciting role provides administrative support for Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, HR Director, Managers, and Administrative Office functions. You will be solving problems, answering calls and providing administrative support including mail sorting, maintaining office supply inventory, coordinating travel and filing.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Requires minimum one year clerical experience, exceptional communication skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with multiple interruptions.
- Prefer previous medical office experience.
- Must have a valid NM Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record and carry insurance as needed.
Job Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
