We are looking for an assistant to provide administrative support for company-wide Human Resources functions, including (but not all inclusive) maintaining personnel files, Worker’s Comp program, FMLA & GLOA leaves, preparing and filing Government reporting, assisting with or conducting new hire orientation, job description and performance appraisal maintenance. This position also provides back-up support to Administrative Front Office.
Skills/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have advanced abilities in Windows Operating Systems (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe software (including experience in mail merges)
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in Human Resources functions
Job Type: Monday – Friday, 1pm – 5pm OR
Wed, Thurs, Fri 1am-5pm
