A full-time Billing Patient Advocate Specialist is needed at our centralized Billing Office located at 9461 Eagle Ranch Road, at the intersection of Eagle Ranch and Irving Blvd. Position duties will involve assisting patient calls by reviewing and researching insurance claims, correct problems, and submit to insurance companies; perform timely collections for accounts.
Skills/ Requirements
- Requires High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience working in medical accounts receivable position or medical insurance claims processing
- Must know how to read EOB
- Must know medical terminology, radiology specific knowledge a plus.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
Job Type: Full Time Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
